Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport products from the loading dock to the Service Department on a daily basis.
  • Sort, open, and document box contents accurately.
  • Enter data into the Whelen Service Ticket Program to create service tickets for tracking purposes.
  • Print packing slips and match them with service ticket data.
  • Arrange packing slips and products on the shipping table.
  • Box up products for return to customers.
  • Produce shipping labels using the UPS World Ship program and attach them to boxes.
  • Load contents onto the UPS trailer.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
