Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our team in Teesside. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload with the utmost professionalism and efficiency, providing exceptional service from the initial instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload with high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to paralegals and oversee capacity levels to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Conduct regular file reviews to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate reports and support the Head of Legal Practice with management information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a fee-earning Conveyancer.
  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory body rules and UKF requirements.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Annual Leave: 20 days, plus long service accrual, birthday holiday, and bank holidays.
  • Health Benefits: Company pension, death in service, BUPA cash plan after probation.
