We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team in Elmbridge, Southeast England.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate EYFS Teacher to make a positive impact on young children's educational journey. As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, and providing individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
Salary

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
