Machining Professional Required

Bolt-On Recruitment is seeking a skilled Machining Professional to join our team. As a highly regarded, award-winning subcontract manufacturer of precision machined parts and components, we offer an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, with a focus on producing high-quality components efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's continuous improvement activities, including process optimization and lean manufacturing initiatives. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and adhere to ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
We are offering a competitive salary of £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience. Overtime is readily available, paid at x1.4 hours weekdays. The working hours are 41 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 5pm, and Friday from 7:30am to 12:30pm.
