Job Summary
This role involves leading a team of Machine Learning Engineers to drive innovation in AI and Computer Vision projects. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building complex models, driving best practices, and advising stakeholders on AI best practices. You will work closely with the team to build and deploy core projects in AWS and Databricks, leveraging your expertise in Python and Generative AI.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning Engineering/Software Engineering, with 7+ years of experience. You should have hands-on experience in Generative AI and Computer Vision, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to advise stakeholders on AI best practices. A strong understanding of AWS and Databricks is also essential.

Responsibilities
- Design and build models across Large Language Models, Generative AI, and NLP with some experience in Computer Vision and classical Machine Learning.
- Drive best practices, code reviews, and coding when needed.
- Advise stakeholders on AI best practices and scope out projects.
- Create insights and reports on key findings.
- Drive the latest innovative research in AI, building and deploying core projects in AWS and Databricks.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £170,000-£190,000 + 22% bonus, 10% pension, private healthcare.
