About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer or Domestic Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team at Concept Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete 8-10 calls per day, diagnosing and repairing issues with domestic appliances
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, aiming for a first-time fix every time
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through training and development programs
  • Work in a laid-back environment with a focus on excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Experience repairing domestic appliances, including dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, cookers, tumble dryers, fridges, and freezers
  • Electrical qualifications, such as City & Guilds 224 or 17th Edition, are an advantage
  • Manufacturer training, such as Indesit, Whirlpool, LG, Beko, Bosch, Electrolux, or Hoover, is highly valued
  • Gas and Refrigeration skills are not essential but are an advantage
