We are looking for an experienced Head of Payroll Services to join our team.

  • Lead and manage payroll-related change initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies and procedures in compliance with UK regulations.
  • Identify and analyse payroll processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the payroll team to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure payroll operations comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the payroll systems and software.
  • Prepare and present regular payroll reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
