Family Therapist Specialist Systemic Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Therapist Specialist Systemic Psychotherapist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Community CAMHS team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to children, young people, and their families.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Family Therapist to develop their skills and expertise in a preceptorship role. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including family therapy, care coordination, and triage. You will also contribute to the development of our service, leading on creative initiatives and collaborating with colleagues to improve outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality family therapy and care coordination services to children, young people, and their families.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement therapeutic interventions and service developments.
- Contribute to the development of our service, leading on creative initiatives and collaborating with colleagues to improve outcomes for our patients.
- Participate in regular supervision and peer group supervision to ensure high-quality practice and ongoing professional development.
We are looking for a qualified Family Therapist with a strong background in systemic family therapy and a passion for delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and their families. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
Essential qualifications and experience include:
- Relevant qualification as a Family Therapist.
- Experience of working with children, young people, and families in a therapeutic setting.
- Relevant training in systemic family therapy and other therapeutic approaches.
