- Conduct structural assessments using Eurocodes and British Standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage project schedules and ensure quality deliverables, including inspections and reports, to meet client expectations.
- Review schemes and prepare conceptual design options, collaborating with clients and partners to develop buildable and maintainable solutions.
- Supervise design teams and mentor junior structural engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Prepare technical reports, including feasibility/options reports, assessment reports, and other technical reports, to communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to develop innovative solutions, leveraging your expertise in reinforced concrete and steelwork.
Requirements:
- UK experience within a public, private, or third sector UK-based client.
- Experience in conducting structural assessments using Eurocodes and British Standards.
- Proven track record of managing project schedules and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Ability to review schemes and prepare conceptual design options.
- Experience in supervising design teams and mentoring junior structural engineers.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with clients and partners to develop buildable and maintainable solutions.
