Job Description: Manpower UK Ltd is recruiting for an Office Manager to manage our clients' operations at their office in Leith, Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Office Assistant, managing client relationships, creating risk assessments, and overseeing audits. About the Role:
• Supervise and manage the Office Assistant
• Act as the primary point of contact for the business
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Create detailed risk assessments and method statements
• Manage audits as required
• Oversee the preparation of roofing tenders and quotes
• Work closely with the Contracts Manager and Director to coordinate job planning
• Manage tradesmen and staff credit cards
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in the trade industry, particularly in roofing
• Familiarity with the roofing tender process and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to create risk assessments and method statements
• Excellent organisational and delegation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems
