About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multi-Trade Operative with a wet trade bias to join our team. As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work across various trades including plastering, groundworks, and roofing.

Key Responsibilities

  • To perform tasks related to plastering, groundworks, and roofing in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  • To ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting both customer and company expectations.
  • To maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in multi-trade operations, with a focus on wet trades.
  • Proven experience in plastering, groundworks, and roofing, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety protocols.
