Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Take ownership of a caseload of residential property matters, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Offer expert guidance on various property transactions, leveraging extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support client cases, applying a meticulous approach to deliver exceptional results.
  • Create and review legal documents, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, colleagues, and external parties, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Stay informed about changes in property law, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and maintaining a high level of expertise.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hold a Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification with a focus on residential property law.
  • Showcase proven experience handling a diverse caseload of residential property matters, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Possess strong knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations, staying current with changes and developments.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
  • Display attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism.

Salary and Benefits:

The selected candidate will receive an estimated salary of £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and access to a range of benefits, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
