Job Description

As a Technical Service Technician - Soft Drinks, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing soft drinks equipment in various businesses across our region. You will provide quality technical services, deliver excellent customer service, and build relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain soft drinks equipment to company specification.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A practical approach to work and ideally experience in a technical or engineering role.
  • A background in diagnostic repairs on electrical and/or mechanical equipment.
  • Industry experience would be beneficial but comprehensive training will be provided.
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
