This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for leading and managing urban and regional planning projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations, as well as experience in conducting research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors. You will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address planning needs and priorities, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary: £42,000 per annum
