We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Service Director to lead our Specialist Brain Injury Neurological Care and Rehabilitation Service in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality patient-centred services on a 24-hour basis.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding, regulatory landscapes, and legislation frameworks. They will also have previous experience leading and inspiring senior teams and managing varying disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the care and treatment delivered by the service is high-quality, safe, and patient-centred at all times.
- Lead and inspire a valued team, maximising the potential of the individuals within it.
- Direct line management of the senior management team, ensuring senior management cover arrangements, including out-of-hours on-call.
- Responsible for ensuring that all care standards, regulatory standards, and other quality measurement criteria are met, if not exceeded.
What You'll Have:
- Current NMC Pin Registration (RNA)
- A legal right to work in the U.K
- QCF / NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Management or equivalent is essential.
