We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Silverwing Care LTD, a well-established nursing home in the UK. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care to our residents suffering from neurological conditions and elderly care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses and influence a high standard of provision
- Plan, risk assess, and review care via a digital care planning portal
- Ensure correct issue of drugs and maintain all necessary records
- Participate in staff meetings, staff training, and development activities
- Ensure the effective maintenance of NMC registrations in line with personal development and portfolios for continued Revalidation
- Valid nursing qualification – RGN or RMN - with an active NMC PIN
- Minimum of 6 months' nursing experience
- Medication proficiency (ideally with digital experience)
- Competitive hourly rate of £21.50, negotiable
- Full-time position with day shifts exclusively
- Medium-scale nursing home specializing in elderly care
