Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Gameplay Developer to join our team in Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing gameplay features and systems for a free-to-play UE5 based PC game.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work hybrid from our Guildford studio or remotely.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing networked multiplayer games in the industry and be able to work closely with other disciplines (art, design, backend etc.). They should also have good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing gameplay features and systems for a free-to-play UE5 based PC game.
  • Collaborating with other disciplines (art, design, backend etc.) to deliver high-quality features.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience developing networked multiplayer games in the industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with multiple areas of code; including AI, physics, networking, optimization, etc.

We offer a competitive salary package of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
