Job Title: Software Engineer (Controls - Simulation)

We're seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Vehicle Modelling & Control Integration team, where you'll develop the systems to optimize individual-vehicle performance across our worldwide fleet. As a member of the Simulation family, you'll work on software development in our simulator to enable vehicle modelling and configuration components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and develop effective interfaces to vehicle models in collaboration with the Simulation family and VMCI team.
  • Develop the Oxa Simulator to represent the behavior of current and potential future vehicles.
  • Work with data, infrastructure, and fleet teams to develop systems to update, measure, and refine the quality of the simulator model component.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in a related field (Control Eng, Mech Eng, Aerospace, Robotics, Mechatronics) is desired.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Control Eng, Mech Eng, Aerospace, Robotics, Mechatronics) may be acceptable with appropriate experience.
  • Experience with C++ algorithm development and deployment.
  • Experience with Real-time simulation of vehicle systems.
  • A background in Vehicle dynamics and control.
