As a Low Carbon Technology Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing low-carbon technology in customers' homes, working closely with our installation engineers to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

You'll start by learning about new technologies and receiving comprehensive training to develop your skills. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in this field.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team to install low-carbon technology in customers' homes
  • Work closely with installation engineers to ensure seamless installations
  • Contribute to technical specifications and mechanical drawings
  • Commission Air Source Heat Pumps in partnership with an electrician
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in renewable energy technology

Requirements

  • A G3 (unvented cylinder) qualification or relevant experience
  • Experience in boiler installation, preferably including Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Background in plumbing and heating engineering, with knowledge of heating system design and fault-finding capabilities
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
