Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Enterprise PMO Management team in effective task management and deputise for the PMO Manager as required.
  • Oversee the application of Enterprise PMO governance, assurance, and support activities by PMO Analysts.
  • Work with Enterprise PMO management to develop existing processes to drive increased maturity in PMO service delivery and project delivery processes.
  • Lead the task management of PMO Analyst colleagues working on specific activities, key programmes, and projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Support the PMO Leadership team in implementing the Enterprise PMO Service Catalogue of governance, assurance, and support services across Group Transformation programmes and projects.
  • Lead on the delivery of PMO services at programme and project level activity, working independently or with PMO Analysts as task manager.
  • Champion engagement across programmes and projects, working with PMO Analysts to ensure compliance with project delivery methodology and assurance processes.
