We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to join our team at Zizzi.

As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a central role in ensuring exceptional food quality and maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu and train your team to do the same.
  • Collaborate with the entire restaurant team to provide an exceptional customer experience and take pride in presentation and quality of food.
  • E nsure customers receive excellent food quality and that food costs are within target.
  • Be an expert on company policies, processes, and guidelines, training your team and ensuring the restaurant meets expectations.

About the Role:

A passion for food and service is essential, along with uncompromising expectations and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year.
