Job Description

Job Title: Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our client's close-knit team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Engineering function and teams across the site, ensuring all engineers adhere to health and safety regulations, and managing capital, revenue, and improvement projects to time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Engineering function and teams across the site, overseeing teams of engineers
  • Manage and maintain all site assets and equipment, building business cases for new equipment, specification, and capital spend management
  • Ensure all engineers are adhering to health and safety regulations across the site
  • Manage all capital, revenue, and improvement projects to time, cost, and quality
  • Establish goals with the team which are documented, measured, and communicated and consistent with global objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience in an Engineering Manager position
  • Experience within an Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production environment
  • Liaising with Key stakeholders across the site

Benefits:
