My client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team in Whiteley, Hampshire. In this pivotal role, you will be a vital member of the Commercial Team, providing essential support to the Head of Commercial by overseeing a small team of trading specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive trading evaluations for EU wholesale partners and enhance profitable trading practices.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and E-Commerce Manager on commercial analytics and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the skillset of the trading specialist team.
  • Analyse and forecast commercial activity, including seasonal depreciation projection.
  • Support the Head of Commercial in overseeing and progressing projects related to commercial performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in buying and selling through arbitrage and B2C sales.
  • Strong Excel skills, particularly in Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Self-motivated and committed to driving performance and growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing business requirements.
