Warehouse Technician

Our client, a leading audio rental company, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join their team in the cables department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and preparing equipment for use
- Testing and inspecting electrical equipment for damage
- Ensuring equipment is stored and labelled correctly
- Performing in-service inspections and testing of electrical equipment
- Maintenance and repairs, fault finding and problem solving
- Quality control and stock management
- Operating forklifts when trained
- Using internal I.T software
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for technical work
- Understanding of electrical wiring regulations
- Experience with in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment
- Soldering skills
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics
- Compliance with health and safety procedures

Standard working hours are 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, but may require extended hours and some weekends.
