Location: Slug and Lettuce

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Slug and Lettuce. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach your team to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the absence of management
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for our guests

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
