Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising service users allocated to agency placements, ensuring they complete their work assignments in a disciplined and well-behaved manner. The role requires effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions to ensure service users understand their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Monitor attendance and promote successful completions of assigned work.
  • Maintain accurate records of service users, including their attendance and progress.
  • Use pro-social and motivational techniques to encourage service users to complete their work assignments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and effective working environment.
Requirements
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to supervise constructively.
  • Evidence of problem-solving within a workplace or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm.
  • Basic knowledge of First Aid and willingness to undertake further training.
  • Driving Licence.
