Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Maths and English, from Entry Level to Level 2.
- Create an engaging and inspirational learning environment, maintaining high expectations for learner achievement, progression, and success.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with learners, fostering trust and inclusivity in the classroom.
- Plan and deliver lessons that enable learners to achieve their educational goals and make consistent progress.
- Engage with parents to ensure they are informed and supportive of their child's progress.
- Model inclusive learning and celebrate diversity in all aspects of the teaching process.
- Ensure that all learners achieve at least good outcomes in their education.
Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification is essential.
- Ideally be QTLS qualified or hold a minimum Level 5 Teaching qualification.
- Significant experience in teaching and lesson planning.
- Experience working with young people, including those with complex behaviours or additional learning needs.
- Extensive behaviour management experience with students who may have challenging needs and behaviours.

- Competitive salary: £24,961 - £35,360 per annum
