We are a leading law firm in Abercynon, seeking a skilled Licensed Residential Conveyancer to join our team. As a hybrid lawyer, you will be responsible for handling property matters independently, including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties, and various transaction types.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, progressing client matters efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. Achieving billing targets is essential to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a Qualification in CILEx, SRA, or CLC, and at least 2+ years of PQE managing a varied Residential conveyancing caseload.
