Job Summary:
Concept Technical is seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all capital equipment, focusing on maximizing uptime and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct subcontractors assigned to the maintenance team as required.
Develop and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules for key capital equipment.
Control and communicate maintenance expenditure in line with expectations and ensure proper purchase order processes are followed.
Maintain a high level of reactive response to unplanned breakdowns and ensure critical maintenance spares are in stock to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the Compliance Officer to complete all health and safety documentation in line with policy and legislation.
Support the Mill Manager in completing mandatory health and safety inspections.
Maintain the maintenance department's housekeeping to the highest 5S standards.
Requirements:
Appropriate engineering qualification.
Confidence in delivering maintenance excellence and performance.
