As a Structural Engineer with 4+ years of experience, you will work full-time from our Warwick office with hybrid working options. You will collaborate with a team of two in the Warwick office while having access to additional support from two other offices. The role involves working on various projects and being willing to hit the ground running to meet the current workload demands. A more senior or chartered structural engineer with relevant experience may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Complete beam and column calculations for structural analysis
  2. Conduct thorough structural analysis and sketch visualizations as required
  3. Create detailed drawings, specifications, and computer models of structures for building contractors
  4. Liaise with professionals to ensure safe designs align with construction aesthetic concepts
  5. Develop and implement effective construction plans
  6. Communicate task expectations and timelines clearly to team members

Requirements and Qualifications

  • MSc/MEng qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Graduate Member of the ICE or IStructE, working towards chartered status
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in structural engineering
  • Experience with diverse project types
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software
  • Revit skills are advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
