At Five Rivers Child Care Ltd, we're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Fostering Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our South West Service, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to ensure quality outcomes for children and young people.

This exciting role involves direct work with children, young people, and foster carers, coordinating group activities, and promoting the health and wellbeing of our service users. You'll be working as part of a hybrid team, preparing children for their foster care placements, and supporting families across Bristol, North Somerset, Gloucester, Forest of Dean, Swindon, and Oxford.

We're looking for someone who is child-focused, able to communicate effectively with children and adults, and has excellent teamwork skills. While experience in the fostering sector or with children/young people is an advantage, it's not necessary. A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.

This Full-Time position offers 37 hours per week, with regular support sessions potentially falling outside of standard working hours. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
