Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Straumann Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow both Straumann's and the customer's business.
- Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales management, accounting, customer services, and logistics to coordinate sales efforts.
- Analyze territory potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
- Utilize CRM and IANO-S software to identify and progress customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the dental industry.
- Degree qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify potential business solutions.
