**About the Role**

Prospero Teaching is seeking an Education Outreach Specialist to provide tailored education packages on a 1:1 basis to young people who are not attending school or require additional classroom support. The ideal candidate will be able to create, plan, and deliver bespoke lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Create and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to meet the needs of individual pupils
  2. Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the specific educational requirements of each pupil
  3. Work closely with pupils and their families to understand their needs and develop effective learning plans
  4. Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, making adjustments to lesson plans as needed
