Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring high expectations of learner achievement and progression.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting positive relationships with students, families, and carers.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted strategies to address these.

  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on curriculum requirements and regulatory changes.

Requirements:
