### Job Summary

Hamilton Woods is seeking a skilled Housing Support Worker to join our team. As a Housing Support Worker, you will work with clients with complex needs, including substance misuse and offending. Your responsibilities will include conducting home visits, fostering multi-agency working, and signposting clients to other services within the community. You will also be responsible for completing housing benefit, council tax, and universal credit claims, as well as conducting risk and needs assessments.

### Key Responsibilities

* Work with a variety of male and female clients with complex needs
* Conduct home visits to assess client needs
* Foster multi-agency working to ensure comprehensive support
* Signpost clients to other services within the community
* Complete housing benefit, council tax, and universal credit claims
* Conduct risk and needs assessments to inform support plans

### Requirements

* Enhanced DBS
* Full UK Driving Licence
