Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at HR Recruit. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice to our clients and supporting the development of their HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support business objectives.
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and grievances.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage HR budgets and resources.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
