Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Enteral Nutrition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with patients, their carers, and local healthcare professionals to provide expert care and support.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working autonomously, managing their own caseload, and providing training and clinical support/interventions to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on the use of enteral feeding pumps, associated equipment, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing invaluable support to aid Dietitians and other healthcare professionals in the local NHS
  • Working closely with patients, their carers, and local healthcare professionals to improve care and patient experience
  • Facilitating patient discharges and reducing unnecessary referrals to hospitals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC registration as a nurse
  • A highly planned and organised approach to work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
