We are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team at Challenge-trg Recruitment. As a FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move stock within the warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, and performing other general duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moving stock into the right areas within the warehouse
  • Driving a forklift
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Loading and unloading pallets from vehicles
  • Performing other general duties as required

Requirements:

  • Must have an in-date RTITB or ITSSAR Accredited FLT Counterbalance driver qualification
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol assessment
  • Numerate and literate
  • Excellent levels of communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
  • Ability to build effective team relationships
  • Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality
