Perkins&Will / Portland Design is an equal opportunity employer. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior AutoCAD Designer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Senior AutoCAD Designer to work closely with client teams, creating exciting places to visit and deliver reports. As a Team Leader, you'll be in charge of delivering projects, managing resources and time, and developing strategies for retail neighborhood characters.

The ideal candidate will have an architectural or master planning background, strong teamwork and management skills, and proficiency in software such as InDesign, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, CAD, SketchUp, Grasshopper, and Hand-drawing.

About the Role:
  1. Project Delivery: Lead the production of information, organisation of the Project File, and review processes.
  2. Team Management: Brief specialists, manage outputs, and attend Client & Subconsultant meetings.
  3. Strategy Development: Develop and integrate research and conceptual thinking into planning diagrams that inform external Architectural Team masterplans.

The successful candidate will be confident and articulate in meetings, have good organisational and detail-focused presentation skills, and be able to make decisions autonomously while working remotely.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you're a motivated and creative individual with a passion for architecture and design, we'd love to hear from you
