We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Craigavon. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and metalwork, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including training, progression opportunities, private medical insurance, and company benefits.
About the Role:
- Coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence;
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals;
- Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors;
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, estimates, and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related role;
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- A valid driver's license (desired).
