Job Title: HVAC Project and Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project and Service Coordinator to join our team at awdo.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outline project objectives and set budgets
  • Prepare project-based paperwork and coordinate engineers and team members
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Liaise with customers and service engineers
  • Update systems and perform general office administration duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Heating Engineer, Gas Engineer, Plumber, Air Conditioning Technician, or Ventilation Engineer
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Passionate about delivering service excellence
  • Understanding of pricing and costing a service job
