Tropicana Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the growth and transformation of Tropicana, a leading chilled juice brand in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand growth strategy that drives business results and enhances the brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a brand growth strategy that drives business results and enhances the brand's reputation
  • Lead the renovation and innovation strategy and pipeline for Tropicana across packaging and product
  • Partner with the UK&I Marketing Director to develop outstanding through-the-line communications plans
  • Own the performance of Tropicana in the UK, working closely with insights team and category
  • Drive consumer obsession and develop successful brand growth strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in developing successful brand growth strategies that have driven brand turnarounds and category out-performance
  • Highly developed first-hand digital/social knowledge and experience in delivering memorable brand experiences
  • Ability to work across teams, sometimes as lead, sometimes as an input with the outcome of winning and flying together
  • Highly curious and consumer-centric with natural passion for brands
  • Wired for action, highly proactive, know when to move into execution & act with pace, are entrepreneurial & willing to take some risks
