Job Summary

We are seeking a European Road Freight Operator to join our team in Coleshill. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, coordinating freight shipments, providing excellent customer service, and managing supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage freight shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Manage and optimize supply chain logistics to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage imports and exports
  • Experience in operations management and supply chain management
  • Knowledge of freight processes and procedures
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is essential
