Hydraulic Service Engineer Position Overview

As a Hydraulic Service Engineer with Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing hydraulic attachments in our workshop. You will also be preparing attachments for hire to high standards, performing repairs and maintenance on our fleet of 300 and customer attachments, and ensuring the workshop area is clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair hydraulic attachments in the workshop
  • Prepare attachments for hire to high standards
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on our fleet of 300 and customer attachments
  • Keep the workshop area clean and tidy
  • Ensure company health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Indeco breakers advantageous
  • Full driving licence
  • Happy to be put on a call-out rota (1 in 7)

Remuneration:

  • Salary: £15 - £17 an hour
  • Working hours: 7:30 - 5:30
  • Overtime available as follows:
    • Monday to Thursday: 8 hours a day at time, next 4 hours is time and half, double time thereafter
    • Friday: 7 hours a day at time, next 4 hours is time and half, double time thereafter
    • Saturday: 4 hours at time and a half, anything after double time
  • Company rota to work Saturdays, 1 in 7 weeks, 7:30- 12:30
  • 21 days + 8BH
  • Company vehicle
  • Pension
