We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Waste Management Team as a Waste Management Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in encouraging behavioural change among residents and businesses across the county through monitoring services and contractors, engaging with the public, and resolving problems to deliver excellent services.
The post is based at our Plough Lane office in Hereford, with the team working from here for at least one day per week. We also offer flexible working arrangements, including working from home, to support a healthy work-life balance.
As a Waste Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our Integrated Waste Strategy, which aims to reduce waste, increase recycling, and promote sustainability. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement initiatives that promote waste reduction and recycling, and engage with the public to raise awareness about the importance of waste management.
