Expert Paediatrician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Paediatrician to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community.

This role involves providing a high-quality clinical service in Community Paediatrics, working closely with consultant colleagues and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care. As a senior employee of the Health Board, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and developing subspecialty interest in hospitals and community settings.

1. To provide a first-class clinical service, ensuring the provision and delivery of exceptional patient care.
2. To undertake all work in accordance with the Health Board's procedures and operating policies.
3. To conduct clinical practice in accordance with contractual requirements and within the parameters of the Health Board's service plans.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and leadership training.
