About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overnight team and ensure the successful execution of night shift operations
  • Manage and develop the skills of your team members to achieve excellent customer service and operational performance
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan and implement shift patterns and activities
  • Ensure the effective management of resources, including stock, equipment, and personnel
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
