Advanced Practitioner in Kinship Support

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner in Kinship Support within the Kinship Team to work full time based in Hillingdon.
The estimated salary for this permanent role is up to £54,129 per annum.
About the Role:This Advanced Practitioner in Kinship Support will act as organisational expert in social work specialism, providing advice and support to other social work colleagues and partners.
- Provide professional leadership to social work colleagues through demonstrating exemplary practice, sharing knowledge, and positively managing the interface between practice and education/training.
- Co-ordinate regular Group supervision and reflective time for team members, providing coaching and mentoring as required. Arrange learning for the team at intervals throughout the year that can be considered for continued Professional Development.
- Develop the Kinship support offer to families and lead on this with the team, including the ongoing facilitation of Skills to Foster training for Kinship carers.
- Manage a social work caseload of the most complex cases.
- Model and take responsibility for workforce planning and workload allocation systems to sustain the Standards for Employers of Social Workers.
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with required Standards including the Social Work Professional Capabilities Framework.
Requirements of this role:
- A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
