Job Title: Head of Video Production

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head of Video Production to lead our video content team at ImageNova. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and managing filming/editing projects, working closely with our in-house production team and clients to deliver high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of video content strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage a team of editors/camera operators and production staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of video projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their video content needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.
  • Oversee the production and post-production process, ensuring that all video content meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video content quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
