Duties:

  • To maintain appropriate, regular contact with existing customers and ensure their insurance requirements continue to be met in line with service levels.
  • To work closely with Account Executives and other Account Handlers where necessary, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • To manage and participate in ensuring that the smooth running of the office, and any housekeeping tasks, are fully accomplished.

Requirements:

  • Proven Broking management experience
  • The principles, practices and legalities of most major classes of General Insurance.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance products to include but not restricted to Commercial Combined, Fleet, Property Owners, Cyber, D&O, Employers and Public liability.
